Shipping and payment terms
Shipping Information
We send our products free of charge throughout Germany for an order value of € 150 or more. For orders below € 150.00, a flat rate of € 6.90 applies for shipments within Germany. All shipments are sent with DHL. Please refer to the following table for the countries to which we ship and the corresponding weight scales:

Payment Information
We offer the following payment options in our shop:
Paypal
You can make the payment with or without a PayPal account. PayPal supports the following options within the PayPal integration we use:
- Paypal as usual via your paypal account
- Credit card payment
- direct debit
- Paypal purchase on account
Transfer
The invoice amount will be transferred from your bank to our bank account by bank transfer. The goods will be sent immediately after receipt of the payment (1-2 working days depending on the bank). We use comfortkasse.eu for processing advance payments.
Surname
Pay conveniently in cash when you receive your delivery. If you pay by cash on delivery, there are additional costs of € 6.90.
Cash payment
Collection of the goods by arrangement - please contact support@jack-shenzibin.de to arrange an appointment.
Mollie
Mollie is a payment provider that integrates the following payment options in our shop via its platform:
- Giro Pay
- Instant bank transfer
- IDEAL (only Netherlands)
- pay later
- slice it
All payment methods that are processed via Stripe are marked accordingly (via Mollie)
